Thank you for explaining everything so thoroughly. I love how you break down things into “harder” and “easier” as well. … Also, since having a kid, I find your method of spreading out the abdominal exercises through the workout to be more effective for me. … I’ve only done this set of exercises twice this week, & my hubby & I already noticing differences in my body. … Thank you SO much for your help! :-D

just did this workout in the morning-and seriously, it kicked my butt! I was way slower than the girl demonstrating (she made it seems so easy!) and by the usual 15th rep i was pretty tired. Still a great video, and the workout exercises work! I would totally recommend this to anyone wanting to shed some weight and build muscle.
