Hello I have about a week until I go on holidays. I am 14 and moderately fit but I am a bit pudgy. I was wondering if I did one of these advanced warrior sets 2 or 3 times a day I could atleast end up with a moderate stomach. I dont have huge ‘love handles’ but Id rather do without them as Im going to see a fairly ripped friend and there will be swimming :P

You can do ab workouts 5 times per week, but you probably don’t want to do them more than once per day. Make sure you mix up your ab workouts as often as possible.
