@KozakSportsPerform thanks, btw I’m 77k weight but with belly, I’m doing everyday 20min running, 20 min stepping, then some weight left up , and last half hour mixed belly work out, i sarted last week, I’m doing right ? ill add yours to the list as well.

im 15 should i not be lifting weights? i really like your workouts but you need dumbbells for them
does this work? i really need to loose belly fat!
@L3G4CYPrODiGyZz Hey, Sorry it took so long to get back with you! You can definitely lift weights at 15, just don’t lift SUPER heavy. This workout and most of the workouts at HASfit .com would be perfect for you. A pair of dumbbells would be nice, but you don’t have to have them. Grab two cans of food from your kitchen that are the same weight (preferably same food in each) and use them for the workout.

why do i feel hungry after a workout should i eat afterwards what should i do?
@PlumpLady718 Yes! You should eat with 30-60 minutes after a workout. Your body just used a bunch of fuel (food) to get through the workout and it is your job to replenish it. Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. hi. should i do the exercises in the same sequence? or can i switch them up? when i do two in a row for arms its tough on me, but if i do legs, arms, legs, arms it works out pretty well.
